The Education gods Hate Me.....

Yeah so....I just took an exam for my operating systems class (class in my major) and I possibly failed. I really wouldn't be so upset but I spent the majority of yesterday studying for the damn exam. Since its a summer session class we only have two exams a midterm and final. So if I butchered this exam I'm screwed in the class.
Now I have to get ready to go to work...where I will have to help ignorant people. I'm not in the mood....
The Education gods really hate me.......

The funny thing about exams is, the more you think you failed THE BETTER you actually do.
At least in my case anyway.
The secret? When in doubt, WAFFLE. Talk about ANYTHING and EVERYTHING that is in any way related to the question being asked.
Besides, MARKS OF MERCY (when they KNOW you havent got a clue, but feel sorry for and humour you) are the best kind.
You'll ACE it Im sure.
Oh, and thanks for the link buddy!!
Naturally you were linked ages ago. Ok I lie, two days ago.
Hope it didnt turn out as badly as you think it did...I hate tests..Good Luck with it
Hope you did better than you think you did. That is usually the case.

I love summer session it goes by so fast.. It sux while your in it, but when its over you can't wait till next summer!!!
My final university classes were taken during summer session. I loved summer session.
I agree with Adrian though. I always found that I thought I did worse than I actually did. And it's true, never underestimate the power of bullshit.
Feel you on that one. I walked out of my class on Monday as if I just flushed my 1000 dollars down the toilet.
...yes, but the "I grade on a curve" god may end up loving you.

Difficulties vary,... appropriate preparation is not always obvious.
Can you think of/imagine any ways of improving your chances of not having to depend on the kindness of "Education gods"?
That's a great story. Waiting for more. » »
